Meet the 2026
conference Speakers
Roy Pfaltzgraff
Roy Pfaltzgraff – Pfaltzgraff Farms, Haxtun, CO
Roy Pfaltzgraff is a regenerative farmer transforming a 2,200-acre dryland operation in eastern Colorado by proving that soil health drives profitability. Through diverse crop rotations, reduced inputs, and innovative practices, he’s raised organic matter from under 1% to 3% and maintained strong yields even in drought. His farm now hosts projects on carbon capture, pollinators, and agrivoltaics.
Roy co-founded Haxtun Heritage Mills, a gluten-free flour company, and leads Seeding Circles, a farmer network helping others move beyond commodity markets. Featured in Farm Journal and The Furrow, he’s known for challenging conventional thinking and inspiring change.
Topics: Soil health economics • Farm transformation • Breaking traditional practices
Dr. Allan Lindsley
Dr. Allan Lindsley, DC – Midwest Natural Healing Center
Dr. Allan Lindsley is a chiropractic physician and functional medicine practitioner specializing in Lyme disease, detoxification, and chronic illness recovery. Founder of Midwest Natural Healing Center in Wisconsin, he integrates applied kinesiology, cellular detox, and functional diagnostics to identify and correct root causes of disease.
A Parker College of Chiropractic graduate and salutatorian, Dr. Lindsley has completed over 500 hours of advanced training in Applied Kinesiology. His clinical experience revealed that many chronic symptoms stem from hidden infections, toxic exposures, and impaired cellular health — insights that led him to develop Nature’s Pharmacy, a line of botanical tinctures and supplements.
In collaboration with CellCore Biosciences, he co-developed detox and mitochondrial support protocols now used by practitioners worldwide. A frequent speaker and educator, Dr. Lindsley bridges soil and human health, exploring how environmental toxins and microbial balance affect wellness. His talks on glyphosate, Lyme, and regenerative healing have inspired both patients and practitioners to view health through an ecological lens.
Matt Powers
Matt Powers — Educator, Author & Permaculture Advocate
Matt Powers is a permaculture educator, author, and entrepreneur dedicated to bridging soil biology, human health, and regenerative systems.
Originally trained in music and education, Matt shifted his focus to regenerative agriculture after his wife’s cancer diagnosis spurred a deeper inquiry into the connections between soil, plants, and wellness.
He has since authored over 24 books and produced educational programs on microscopy, soil microbes, and ecosystem regeneration.
He leads The Permaculture Student, a platform for teaching permaculture, regenerative soil, and ecological design.
Matt is also host of the A Regenerative Future with Matt Powers podcast, where he interviews global thought-leaders focused on regenerative practices and ecological resiliency.
Matt is active in the soil-health community, teaching microscopy techniques for evaluating soil biology, challenging conventional soil management myths, and guiding farmers and gardeners toward evidence-based regenerative practices.
Rion Naus
Rion Naus — Educator, Soil Biologist & Stewardship Ambassador
Rion Naus is a Certified Public Health Educator (B.S., M.S. Ed., Southern Adventist University) and the founder of We Grow With, LLC, where he works to revitalize soil ecosystems through biological principles.
He helps growers, land stewards, and ecological organizations bridge the gap between “dead dirt” and living soil, focusing especially on microbial and fungal communities—reintroducing “keystone species” to restore nutrient cycling and soil health.
Through his Soil CPR course, microscopy training, field workshops, and consulting, Rion seeks to make soil biology accessible, usable, and integral to land stewardship.
Rion is a frequent speaker at soil health events—he has led sessions on the soil microbiome and the role of fungi in ecosystem functioning.
He describes his work as “nature-based education,” rooted in healing both land and people through biological intelligence.
Dr. Thomas Dykstra
Dr. Thomas M. Dykstra, Ph.D. – Dykstra Laboratories, Inc.
Dr. Thomas Dykstra is an entomologist and biophysicist specializing in bioelectromagnetics and regenerative agriculture. Founder of Dykstra Laboratories in Gainesville, Florida, he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Florida under Dr. Philip Callahan, studying insect communication and electromagnetic signaling. His research explores how biological systems—including plants and insects—respond to subtle electromagnetic fields, reshaping how we understand pest behavior and plant health.
Through his consulting work, Dr. Dykstra helps farmers diagnose plant stress, raise crop Brix, and reduce pest pressure by improving ecosystem balance rather than relying on chemicals. He lectures internationally on biophysics, soil-plant relationships, and sustainable agriculture.
Tracy Miller
Tracy Miller — ValleyAg Consulting, Modesto, CA
Tracy Miller founded ValleyAg Consulting Services in California and has supported growers since 2010. With a background grounded in agriculture and crop consulting, he leverages his education from California State University, Fresno to design biologically informed strategies tailored to local conditions.
Miller’s work emphasizes soil biology, plant health, and integrated management, helping farms transition toward more resilient, sustainable systems. He works hands-on with growers, diagnosing soil and crop issues and implementing regenerative practices that optimize both productivity and ecosystem health.
As a respected voice in the soil health community, Tracy is often invited to speak at field days, podcast interviews, and technical workshops, spreading practical insights from his on-farm consulting experiences.
